The quality of their products is a joke, their customer service is almost non existent & trying to get a replacement boots for a pair that literally fell apart has been impossible.

This company is a joke. I have been trying to get a replacement pair of boots for almost a year!

My original pair completely fell apart, the boot was totally separated from the sole. I provided all the info the asked for & it took them 6 months to respond to my request. I was finally given a coupon code to order a replacement pair but when I ordered them they had forgot to cover the shipping on my coupon. I let them know & after 3 weeks they finally responded & said the shipping was now covered.

I ordered my boots & when I went to check out it told me my coupon has EXPIRED! FOR 2 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A NEW CODE & I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY IGNORED. I have been a long time customer but I promise that I will never do business with Lugz again. I shared my story with everyone I know & asked them to do the same.

Lugz obviously doesn't care about their customers at all. Dont buy their products!

Missing Item

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes during their Black Friday sale. When the order was shipped it stated all 4 would be sent with the same tracking number.

On Dec. 6th the order arrived and inside the box was 3 out of the 4 pairs of shoes. I have contacted Lugz customer service only to have my messages ignored.

You may ask how I know they are ignoring the messages its due to I filed a complaint through PayPal and Lugz responded there to PayPal themselves denying I was missing anything yet won't respond to me to correct the issue of a missing item.

As I can't get a hold of anyone at Lugz I'm now out $99.00 +tax for a pair of shoes I never received yet was supposed to have been included with the tracking number they provided.

I have bought from this company for the last 15-20 years and this will be my last time due to their horrible customer service and I will happily tell anyone I meet to avoid this brand instead of the positive experiences I previously had.

I am not the only person this issue has happened to after researching other forums Lugz has recently had a habit of not providing all items paid for and not delivering as promised. This leads me to belive either Lugz doesn't care about their customer base or that Lugz employees whom are packaging for shipping are falsify what is being shipped out and scamming people due to how difficult it is to prove a person never got a item if a tracking number is provided.

My solution is I would like the item I paid for or a refund for what never arrived.

My parcel was posted the 29 Nov at a checkers branch in Bruma Jhb value R1000 today is the 15 th Des and never got my parcel. I assume it was stolen Very bad not happy at all with Aramex as they dont answer their phones and the whatsapp is fake a Computer answer you with the same story...so sad that business is so bad after covid worse ever TRACK NO DBP4927318****

Their customer service department is non-existent. they do less than a poor job at communicating with their customers after a sale. they just took my money and I never received the product. and no one in customer service will get back to me you can after sending multiple emails. I'm going to have to charge the money back onto my credit card. Don't ever buy anything on this website.

Missing shipment

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order on 11/20 which as of 12/19 has not shipped. There is no customers service number, the chat feature on their website is a dead link, they do not answer customer service inquiries or social media direct messages. I have been unable to reach anyone regarding this issue and remain in limbo. Im contacting my credit card company to initiate a chargeback to hopefully conclude this business and I will never use this company again.
